In the early part of my career, I was tasked with building an accounting and finance function from the ground up, for a high growth company.  Since then, I have compiled a team and completed this task for multiple companies ranging in size and complexity.  Building teams, implementing software, instilling financial discipline with monthly reporting, and data analytics are just a few of the many concepts we have instilled in the internal makeup of each organization.  Each build was a true success and positioned them for tremendous growth in a stable environment.
